This is not traditional nursing care. It’s movement therapy, posture training, companionship, errands, and daily support designed to help older adults feel good, stay healthy, and be independent.

👉 I only take ONE companion client/couple at a time.

For the past five years, I’ve worked online with a wonderful couple in their 80s who live in South Dakota. She manages COPD with AgeDEFY lymphatic breathing and posture therapy. He is strong and active, but works with me to maintain muscle and improve posture. Together we laugh, train, and keep them moving with confidence.

That experience has inspired me to open space for one local private client (or couple) here in Springfield, Missouri, for a companion and care.

Cost: $300 per day | 4-5 hours per day.
