AgeDEFY Home Health is private, in-home movement therapy and companionship for adults who want to stay active, feel good, and enjoy their life as they age.

This is not traditional care. This is movement therapy, connection, and daily support designed to help you feel better and live better in your 70s and beyond.

My Experience

For the past five years, I’ve worked with a couple in their 80s.

They live in Florida. I’m in Missouri. We meet weekly on Zoom.

She manages COPD through AgeDEFY lung therapy, lymphatic health, and posture training. He stays strong and active at 85, still hunting, sailing, and biking, using AgeDEFY strength training, foot therapy, balance, and posture training workouts.

Together, we laugh, move, and enjoy our time.

My experience with my online clients is why I’m now opening space for local clients (or couples) here in Springfield.

What I provide:

• Support with errands, transportation, and daily routines
