I think I have taken all the different classes on the schedule at some point, except cycle. Over time, I've gained both strength and flexibility. I honestly cannot believe how strong my legs are and how I can feel that in everything I do. I love mobility flow and will do the 5-10 minute workouts if I notice my back isn't feeling great. I love barre a lot, and it helps especially when my knees don't feel great. My back is so much more open and my backbends and dropbacks are back. One of my yoga teachers told me my arch in urdvha danurasana is the best it's ever been last week. I have been practicing yoga more now that I'm back into a good exercise routine, but I couldn't have gotten here with yoga alone.

I also love that the classes provide the opportunity to move with more intensity without going too far. It encourages me to work hard and differently, but still intuitively.
