I’m now walking with little or no pain or limp in my hip which is amazing.

I can sleep in any position I choose with no consequences and being able to look forward to taking the dog for a walk is a gift.

I knew it could be done I just needed the right formula and your program has it.

I can feel the muscles in that area getting stronger.

I’m also learning what my joint can tolerate without hurting it or making it angry and that feeds back into other exercises I do and what to avoid.

So I’m grateful to have found your program and I look forward to continued work.

I am 57 years old and have been working out with Dawnelle for almost 2 years. My prior exercise program included CrossFit and a seldom yoga class (since my body was always so tight). My biggest fear from lifting much lighter weights in AgeDEFY is that I would lose my arm muscles. I am pleasantly surprised that my arms have more definition since doing AgeDEFY!

I think I have taken all the different classes on the schedule at some point, except cycle. Over time, I've gained both strength and flexibility. I honestly cannot believe how strong my legs are and how I can feel that in everything I do. I love mobility flow and will do the 5-10 minute workouts if I notice my back isn't feeling great. I love barre a lot, and it helps especially when my knees don't feel great. My back is so much more open and my backbends and dropbacks are back. One of my yoga teachers told me my arch in urdvha danurasana is the best it's ever been last week. I have been practicing yoga more now that I'm back into a good exercise routine, but I couldn't have gotten here with yoga alone.

I also love that the classes provide the opportunity to move with more intensity without going too far. It encourages me to work hard and differently, but still intuitively.
