Where it is, it isn’t.

The beauty of the live classes on Zoom is the before and after class coaching moments. Before class, a long-time student mentioned having lower back stiffness.

I know my student well: She was at my studio for many years in Denver and has been with me for three years online. I know she has an office job, spends much time on a bike for exercise and transportation, and chases after a toddler.

Since I know her, I can find new ways to treat her back in every class. This is one way to treat back pain in the video. I'll have something else for her to work on next week. Movement therapy is like compounding interest. It builds over time from week to week at the studio.

My coaching approach is simple,

"Where it is, it isn't."
